Ahead of the Asia Cup 2022, Virat Kohli said he will do anything to win the Asia Cup and the subsequent T20 World Cup. While he failed to impress in the earlier matches in 2022, he has been a revelation for Team India at the ongoing Asia Cup 2022 in Dubai.
Kohli has displayed impressive performance against both arch-rivals Pakistan and Hong Kong in the group stage of the continental tournament, something that he would like to replicate against Pakistan once again in the Super 4. India became the first team from Group A to reach the last four of the Asia Cup and now Pakistan has joined the Men in Blue there.

Ahead of India’s next match against Pakistan on Sunday in the Asia Cup 2022, Virat Kohli was caught on camera in Dubai while training with a high-altitude mask. Dubai is known for its high temperatures and heat, something that has plagued all the participating teams. The high-altitude masks are designed to calm down the user’s breath and Kohli was seen running while wearing them.

Kohli looked dangerous in India’s campaign opener against Pakistan, where he scored 35 runs. He continued his form against Hong Kong when he and Suryakumar Yadav made a 98-run partnership to help India set a target of 193. Kohli scored an undefeated 59 off 44 balls, with a strike rate of 134.09.
Virat Kohli was rested for India’s tour to West Indies and Zimbabwe after the conclusion of the tour to England. The former India captain looked vulnerable against England and could not impress in the matches he played.

“For the first time in 10 years, I didn’t touch my bat for a month. I came to realisation that I was trying to fake my intensity a bit recently,” Kohli recently said in a video shared by Star Sports.
He also added that every person has a limit and they need to recognise it for themselves.
India will face Pakistan in their Asia Cup 2022 Super 4s on Sunday, September 4, 2022, at the Dubai International Stadium.
