On Saturday, boxer Tommy Fury had a brawl with Idris Virgo, the rapper turned professional boxer. Both of them were attending the Misfits 7 Boxing event at the Wembley Arena where KSI took on Joe Fournier. According to reports, they fought at the ringside while Anthony Taylor took on Salt Papi and managed an upset win in the end. For context, Fury and Virgo know each other well, having notably co-starred in the season five of Love Island, the US reality TV show.

The cause of the altercation between the two individuals is unknown, but they were observed engaging in a physical altercation while security personnel made attempts to intervene. John, Fury’s father, was also present and attempted to help diffuse the situation, which was captured on film by Mairis Breidis, a former world champion in the cruiserweight division.

Regarding the incident, Fury commented, “He’s just another individual seeking financial gain, nothing more.” However, previously, Fury had expressed his willingness to compete against KSI by stating, “Absolutely, I consider myself to be at the top of the influencer boxing scene. Jake Paul is the best among them, and the rest are all easy money, baby.”

“Idris Virgo and Tommy Fury just got into an all out rumble right in front of me. Idris walked up to him recording for his vlog saying Tommy won’t fight him. Tommy stood up leading to the scuffle,” one user said on Twitter.
