Bailey Zappe was called in to play quarterback in Sunday’s
contest between New York Patriots and Green Bay Packers. The 23-year-old rookie
was called in after Brian Hoyer, who was filling in for an injured Mac Jones,
was hurt. Hoyer was sacked by Rashan Gary on a third-and-10 at the Green Bay
37-yard line, as the linebacker never had to slow down on his way past Isaiah
Wynn into the Patriots’ backfield, according to CBS.
