Jordan Love is an American football quarterback who plays for the Green Bay Packers for the National Football League. He played for Utah state in college football and he was picked 26th overall by the Packers in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Personal Life

Jordan Alexander Love was born on November 2, 1998, in Bakersfield, California to Orbin Love and Anna Love. His father, Orbin Love, died of suicide when he was 14 years old. He has three sisters named Kami, Emily, and Alexis.

He completed his schooling at Liberty High School and graduated from Utah State University. Jordan is unmarried and he is dating Ronika Stone, who is a gamer and pro volleyball player.

College Career

Jordan played for Utah state in college football. In his three years college career, he played in 38 games with 32 starts in three seasons and finished his career ranked No. 2 in school history in passing 8,600 yards, 689 completions, and 1,125 attempts. He tied for number 2 with 60 TD passes, and at number 3 in completion with 61.2 percentage.

Jordan was named the Mountain West Offensive Player of the Week. He earned third-team all-league honors from Phil Steele’s College Football. He was named the MVP of the 2018 New Mexico Bowl.

Professional Career

Jordan was picked 26th overall in the round first to NFL Draft in 2020. He started playing for the Green Bay Packers in 2020. As he was raw coming out of Utah State, he had to sit and learn behind Rodgers for a couple of years before eventually challenging for a starting job.

Love made his NFL debut against the New Orleans Saints in the fourth quarter in relief of Aaron Rodgers on September 12, 2021. He has played in just one NFL game to date. He completed five of seven passes for 68 yards and lost a fumble in a 38-3 loss.
