Djokovic owns or is tied for the record in titles at the majors (23, solo record), Nitto ATP Finals (6, tied with Federer), and Masters 1000s (38, solo record). These records definitely makes him the best of the ‘Big Three’. He has now won 67 Big Titles compared to 59 for Nadal and 54 for Federer. Novak Djokovic won the title by beating Casper Ruud 7-6 (1), 6-3, 7-5 in the final, meaning he won his 23rd Grand Slam – a record in men’s tennis.

The Serb star reached the 12th Wimbledon semi-final and record-equalling 46th at the Grand Slams with a four-set victory over Andrey Rublev.

When interviewed on how he handles the stress of being the best, he said ‘I love it’ and simply laughed while the fans cheered for him. ‘Any tennis player wants to be in a position where everyone wants to win against you in the court. It’s a privilege, the pressure never goes..’ said the star on ESPN.

Novak Djokovic is a very passionate, sensitive, and humble person- both on and off the field. He married his high school crush Jelena Ristić and built a cute little family with their 8-year-old son, Stefan, and 5-year-old daughter, Tara.

As Novak Djokovic performs his traditional Wimbledon victory celebration by kneeling down, grabbing a few blades of grass, and tasting them to savor his win on the most hallowed court in tennis- we hope he continues to taste his victory and never lose this excitement on his winning spree.
