PGA golfer Erik Compton was arrested on felony and misdemeanor domestic violence charges over the weekend after an incident involving his wife, Yessinia Gonzalez.

According to Local 10, Compton was having an argument with his wife at their home in Miami-Dade County on Saturday over “relationship issues.” When Gonzalez took out her phone to record the incident, the PGA Tour player allegedly grabbed the device out of her hand and threw it into the pool.
