Nic Kerdiles, a former NHL player who had played for the Anaheim Ducks, tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident in Nashville in the early hours of Saturday morning at the age of 29.

Details provided by TMZ indicate that Kerdiles succumbed to injuries sustained in the accident, which occurred around 3:30 am on that Saturday morning.

Reports suggest that Kerdiles collided with the side of a BMW. The driver of the other vehicle stopped immediately, and Kerdiles was subsequently transported to a local hospital.

This unfortunate incident marks the untimely passing of a young athlete who had previously made significant contributions to the world of professional ice hockey.

Who was Nic Kerdiles?

Nic Kerdiles was a professional ice hockey player who was born on January 11, 1994, in Lewisville, Texas, USA. He was a forward known for his time in the National Hockey League (NHL) and his involvement in reality television.

Kerdiles played junior hockey in the United States Hockey League (USHL) with the Sioux Falls Stampede before moving on to collegiate hockey at the University of Wisconsin. During his time at Wisconsin, he was recognized for his skill and determination on the ice, and he played for the Badgers from 2012 to 2015.

In 2012, he was selected by the Anaheim Ducks in the second round (36th overall) of the NHL Entry Draft. Kerdiles made his NHL debut with the Ducks during the 2016-2017 season. He played several games for the team, showcasing his talent as a forward.
