Apple is expected to announce four new versions of the iPhone at the California Streaming Apple event that will be hosted on September 14.

After Apple confirmed it will be going ahead with its September event next week, the internet was buzzing with speculations around the launch of iPhone 13.

In its announcement, the California based company didn’t explicitly mention whether the launch of iPhone 13 is on the cards but subtle hints indicate that something exciting is brewing.

The official invite shared by Apple takes you to an augmented reality (AR) experience.

Tim Cook’s team has been hyping up the announcements for Apple’s September event with a record of offering AR Easter eggs since last year.

One of the Easter eggs comes into play on visiting the Apple Events webpage and tapping the September 14 invite using an iPhone or iPad.

An AR logo of the company pops up, appearing over the camera viewfinder.

The AR experience allows users to navigate the landscape and search the “9.14” launch date.

What to expect?

Although the company hasn’t committed to a new iPhone launch in the lead up to the event, given the hype around September events it’s safe to expect there will be an iPhone unveiling taking place.

Apple is expected to announce four new iPhone 13 models. Alongside the vanilla iPhone 13, we can expect the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Apple Watch Series 7

Word on the street is that the event will feature a newer version of the famous Apple Watch Series alongside the iPhone 13’s fresh models. However, it is expected to be available only in limited quantities. Recent media reports indicated that Apple had been struggling with the production of its new smartwatch series.

Apple iPhone 13 launch date in India

Although it is expected that the launch date of iPhone 13 in India will be made official after the global unveiling, rumours suggest October 2021 might be slated for the product’s India release. The official iPhone 13 INR price will also be announced once the event has been wrapped up.
