A man ran around with an axe inside
a Delancey Street McDonald’s terrorising patrons and causing thousands of dollars
worth property damage, the New York Post reported quoting officials. The episode
began 2:25 am Saturday when the suspect, Michael Palacios, and three other men
engaged in an altercation that eventually turned into a rampage.

In a video that has since emerged on
social media, the 31-year-old Palacio from the Bronx can be seen smirking when
the three men he was having an altercation with smack him. Then, Palacio is
seen putting his right arm over his head before calmly walking to his backpack.
From the backpack, he pulls out an axe and threatens the three men and other
patrons.

One of the onlookers said: “That’s why
I keep my knife on me all the time,” the New York Post reported. Law enforcement
officials charged Palacios with criminal mischief, three counts of menacing and
two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.”
