Elyria
police are investigating a case involving a 911 caller who reported that he has
killed four of his family members, Fox 8 reported citing authorities. The call
came at 11:45 pm on Saturday and police responded to the call at 200 block of
Kenny Brook Lane. They found the door locked and no answer from within. As cops
broke open through the door, they found four dead bodies.

Police have so far declined to name the victims, but have confirmed that the four dead are related to one another. An investigation is underway. “At this time the incident appears to be isolated and there is no threat to the community,” police said in a press release.

Last week, police released a 911 audio recording of a call that led to the murder of a 28-year-old man in Elyria. Police later arrested 30-year-old Bonita Tracy Ann Wright with the murder after detectives investigated the scene.

It was Bonita who called 911 in the morning after the murder. “I went upstairs, and I just woke up this morning and he’s laying by the front door, but he’s not moving,” she said on the call.

She went on to tell the 911 line that she did not remember much from last night and then continued to give details. “I was at my sister’s house last night and I was drinking or whatever so when I came home, I don’t know if he was drinking, we got into this real bad fight.”

“I was bleeding. I got a big gash in the back side of my arm or whatever. I don’t really remember what happened.”

“I like tapped him or whatever. I want someone to hurry up and get here. I don’t know what’s going on,” she said. An Elyria Municipal Court judge charged Wright with the first-degree felony during her initial hearing on September 1.
