Harvey Weinstein was sentenced to 16 years in prison Thursday after a Los Angeles jury convicted him of the 2013 rape and sexual assault of an Italian actor and model. The former film producer is already serving a 23-year prison sentence in New York.

The 70-year-old appealed to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lisa B. Lench. “I maintain that I’m innocent. I never raped or sexually assaulted Jane Doe 1,” he said.

Harvey Weinstein has children with Eve Chilton, his first wife, and English fashion designer and actor Georgina Chapman.

They are: Lily Weinstein, Emma Weinstein, Ruth Weinstein, India Pearl and Dashiell Weinstein.

Lily Weinstein, Emma Weinstein, and Ruth Weinstein were born to Eve Chilton, his first wife. India Pearl and Dashiell Weinstein were born to Georgina Chapman. Lily was the first daughter of the couple and she was born in 1995. As of 2022, Lilly is 27 years old. She keeps herself away from the spotlight. Emma was born in 1998 and Ruth in 2002.

In 2017, Lily called the Los Angeles Police to say that her father was “suicidal and depressed” after the news of his sexual misconduct went viral. She still lives in Los Angeles, but rarely goes out, depending on assistants to run errands and do most of her shopping for her.

In 2004, Eve Chilton divorced Weinstein and married businessman Sal Martirano. She and her daughter moved into Martirano’s house in a New York suburb. He had two sons. Eve and Sal are no more and Emma and Ruth have moved back to New York City.

Reportedly, Harvey’s daughters had disowned their father after they learned their father was convicted of sexual assault. They have blocked all connections with their father.

Georgina also left him after the allegation. Their two children India and Dashiell live with their mother and have some contact with their father.
