Michelle Swing, a 29 year-old woman who was given two houses by the alleged Nashville bomber, has denied any knowledge of the property transfer, DailyMail.com reported on Monday.

Swing, a resident of Los Angeles,  California, claims she was unaware Anthony Quinn Warner had signed the $160,000 Bakertown Road property raided on Saturday away to her last month via a quitclaim deed.

The deed does not bear her signature.

“In the state of Tennessee you can deed property to someone else without their consent or their signature or anything. I didn’t even buy the house he just deeded it over to me without my knowledge. So this all very weird to me, that’s about all I can say,” Swing told DailyMail.com.

She was given another house by Warner in a similar manner last year.

That house, worth $249,000,  belonged to one of Warner’s family members and he was in possession of the property for five months before giving it away to Swing.

She declined to comment on her relation with Warner, saying that she has been told to “direct everything else to FBI”.

The house in question was raided by the FBI to find the AV driver behind the Nashville blast. The Bureau is working on tips that Warner was paranoid about the idea that Americans are being spied on using 5G, potentially explaining the motive and choice of blast site, local media reported.
