A new Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll reviewed by The Hill on Friday showed Kennedy received 15 percent of support among a sample of the Democratic party’s primary voters. 21 percent of respondents said they have a positive view of him. However, the environmental lawyer still trails the sitting president by a significant percentage.
