Vanessa Bryant has criticised Meek Mill over an extremely insensitive lyric in his recent song. She took to her Instagram story to strongly express her views about the line from the song, which refers to her late partner, Kobe Bryant.

The song by Meek Mills “Don’t Worry” has been doing rounds for days and has been circulating online after it was apparently leaked. However, Vanessa turned up the heat after she commented on Instagram story which was directed towards the artist, calling the words of his song “extremely insensitive.” 

The rap song’s controversial words that Vanessa pointed as insensitive are “This b**ch I’m f**kin’ always tell me that she love me, but she ain’t ever showed me / Yeah, and if I ever lack, I’m goin’ out with my chopper, it be another Kobe.

I her Instagram story, she wrote that, “Dear @meekmill, I find this line to be extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Period,” She wrote. Further, she said that, “I am not familiar with any of your music, but I believe you can do better than this.”

She added that, “If you are a fan, fine, there’s a better way to show your admiration for my husband. This lacks respect and tact.”

Later, Mill’s response towards the criticism seemed to get intense as after Vanessa’s story, he shortly tweeted that, “I’m going back savage in this s**t … f#%k ya feelings!” But, it was not clear whether the comments were directed at Vanessa’s remarks or not. Netizens speculated that it was directed at Vanessa because of the timing of his tweet which was a bit after Vanessa’s story.

Later, Meek Mill tweeted that the story was not directed at the grieving woman.
