If Arsenal draws against Manchester City then City could only end up with a maximum of 92 points. In this case, Arsenal could only reach 91 points. If both sides defeat everyone else and draw each other, Manchester City would win the title.

Manchester City would only be able to reach 91 points if Arsenal beat them. Arsenal will reach 93 points by winning out to claim the title.
