President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, including Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, will be in attendance tonight at the annual White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) dinner, hosted by Roy Wood Jr of The Daily Show.
The sold-out event at the Washington Hilton on Saturday Night is likely to be attended by various celebrities and other dignitaries, including John Legend and Chrissy Teigen.

Who is hosting the dinner?
The White House Correspondents’ Dinner 2023 will be headlined by The Daily Show correspondent Roy Wood Jr. He is a stand-up comedian and humorist. He is likely to have a roast of the president, which is typical of the headlining comedian for the event.
“It’s an honor to be a part of a long-running tradition of celebrating those members of the media, who work so hard to uncover the truth, and hold our government accountable,” Wood Jr said in a statement. “It will be a great night that will go down in the history books, or not, depending on which state you live in,” he added.
