The Louisville Metro Police Department took action more than a month after a tragic shooting in the Portland neighborhood, apprehending a man and a woman on Tuesday in connection to the incident that occurred on November 6.

Who are James Johnson and Mercedes Storm?

The arrested individuals are identified as 33-year-old James Johnson and 27-year-old Mercedes Storm.
