The Rochester PD activated a New York State AMBER Alert for the abduction of two residents of Fulton Avenue- a child Michael Williams III, 4, and mother Jessica M. Sanchez-Reyes, 23. 

According to the police, the child and the mother were taken from 170 Fulton Avenue in Rochester around 1:30 am on Saturday. 

Officials are advising individuals who possess any details about this kidnapping incident to contact the Rochester Police Department by dialing (866) N Y S-AMBER or by calling 911 to report any relevant information or sightings.

Who are Jessica M. Sanchez-Reyes, Michael Williams III?

They have described Michael as a four-year-old male, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 3 feet 3 inches tall, weighs approximately 80 pounds, and was last seen wearing a Paw Patrol T-shirt and gray and black pajama pants. 

The notification for the amber alert said that the child and the mother were taken under circumstances, the police believe, could be of harm and/or death.
