Collin Morikawa is an American professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. He began his PGA Tour career with 22 consecutive made cuts and has won five PGA Tour wins including two major championships, the 2020 PGA Championship and the 2021 Open Championship, winning both on his debut.
The 24-year-old golfer also captured his second major championship on Sunday at the 149th British Open, becoming the first men%u2019s golfer in history to win his debut at two separate major events.

Not only this but he also became the eighth golfer ever to win two majors before the age of 25. Morikawa said his British Open victory on debut was one of the %u201Cbest moments of his life%u201D.
Recently, he also won the 2021 Open Championship at Royal St George%u2019s Golf Club in England, by two strokes over Jordon Spieth.

Morikawa made his debut as a professional at the 2019 RBC Canadian Open and secured PGA Tour membership for the 2019-20 season. Then, he won his first PGA Tour event two later at the Barracuda Championship by beating Troy Merrit by three points.

During his first PGA Tour in June 2020, he tied for the lead of the 2020 Charles Schwab Challenge after 72 holes. Morikawa won his second PGA Tour title at the Workday Charity Open on July 12, 2020, by beating Justin Thomas, winning his first non-alternate PGA Tour victory. He was also the fourth golfer to win the PGA Championship before turning 24 years old.
