Who is Jake Tapper’s wife, Jennifer Marie Brown?

Jennifer Marie Brown is known for being the wife of renowned American journalist Jake Tapper. She was born in 1982.

Brown is the daughter of Linda M. Brown, a former customer service manager for Southwest Airlines, and Thomas H. Brown, a former proprietor of a US 1 Dollar, an independent general retail shop in Lenexa, Kansas. She was born in Minnesota and reared in St. Joseph, Missouri. Now retired, her parents. The University of Missouri-Kansas City awarded Brown his degree, as reported by the New York Times, as per Oprah Daily.

Tapper first encountered Brown in 2004 while covering the Iowa caucuses for Good Morning America. “It was the day of the caucuses and all the big hitters flew in, so I knew I wasn’t going to go on. So my producer and I went out. When [John] Kerry won, we said, ‘Let’s go to the Kerry campaign headquarters, because that’s where the party will be.’ And I walked into the Hotel Fort Des Moines and there was Jennifer,”  he revealed in an interview with Dartmouth Alumni magazine.

She married Tapper when she was employed at the Planned Parenthood Federation of America as a regional field manager in Washington, D.C.

The couple has two children: a son, Jack, 9, and a daughter, Alice Paul Tapper, 11, who is already a published novelist in her early teens. “Time is short and sweet, and I want their heads to be filled with happy memories and a calm and purposeful existence,” Tapper said to Washingtonian in 2015 about his desire to work with children in a Montessori school. I want to mentor my kids while also letting them discover things on their own.
