Detroit police officer Janelle Zielinski resigned after her department found her OnlyFans account with pornographic content. Department Chief James White had ordered an investigation into the matter, and demanded officer Zielinski be suspended from the force, but discovered she’d already put in her papers.

Zielenski, who is also on Instagram – and has her OnlyFans account linked in her bio – posted a photo of herself, captioned “Life’s to short to give AF” [sic], after this incident.

The rookie graduated from the police academy in March and was then hired by the Detroit police department. Zielinski celebrates her birthday on July 16, as per her Instagram post, where she wrote “This birthday was one for the books”, adding, “blessed with so many people in my life who made the time to make it special.”

The cop’s resignation was supposed to take effect from September 23, but as a result of the suspension order, Zielinski is no longer with the force.

While the cop didn’t put up any content in uniform on OnlyFans, she has images on Instagram in her uniform and a link to her paywall account on the same profile. “One of the bedrocks of DPD is you have to keep your private life unsullied as well. This is a major point of emphasis to our officers so when we see something like this, Command moves very quickly. Chief White takes these things very seriously because it represents not just DPD but all of the city of Detroit”, Chris Graveline, the director of the Detroit Police Department’s Professional Standards section said to local news channel WJBK.
