The person being sought concerning a fatal shooting that happened on Baseline Road in late October has been identified by the Little Rock police. 

The suspect has been identified as Kamarion Strokes. He is wanted for the shooting death of 16-year-old Sema’j O’Neal.

Stokes is reportedly wanted on capital murder charges for his suspected role in a shooting incident that left two people injured and one dead.

Authorities received a report to the 7000 block of Baseline Road on October 27. When they got there, they found three cars involved in a collision near Baseline and Chicot Road. Officers discovered a young child who had sustained a gunshot wound to the head inside one of the cars. 

Who is Kamarion Stokes?

Kamarion Stokes has been identified as the main suspect in the shooting death of Sema’j O’Neal. He is facing a charge of capital murder in the case.

When police were sent to the 7600 block of Baseline Road, which is close to Chicot Road, on October 27, they found three cars that had collided at the intersection.

After a closer look, the police discovered a victim—later identified as O’Neal—with a gunshot wound to his head in one of the cars. He was taken to a local hospital right away and given medical care there. Sadly, O’Neal passed away from his wounds five days later.

Authorities also discovered a second young person, who was about 9 years old, at the scene who had sustained a leg gunshot wound. Additionally, this person was quickly brought to a nearby hospital for the required medical attention.

According to investigators, two more people, ages 17 and 19, suffered gunshot wounds from the same incident and later showed up at a nearby hospital. Thankfully, after receiving care, both were freed.

In relation to this unfortunate incident, Kamarion Stokes is currently being charged with capital murder.
