Returning to the screen in a new gender, Milo expressed her deep regret for the shift she underwent. She openly explained the psychological and physical effects of her choice in a touching YouTube video, disclosing the scars, increased hairiness, and possibly infertility she now faces.

Milo was featured in the MTV documentary “Transformation” in 2016 as she began her journey to transition from a female to a boy. During that period, she experimented with Hawaiian shirts and expressed a sense of confidence as she embraced her newly discovered identity.

But recently, Milo in a statement shared her displeasure saying, “It turned out to be a big mistake. I keep thinking about how, if I ever want to be perceived by society as a woman, I now have to do vocal training, and I need laser to get rid of my facial hair. But I’m just so tired” reported Daily Mail.

Milo’s role in the MTV documentary helped her become a representative of the transgender movement, which at the time was less controversial and less known to most Americans than it is now.

Milo was one of six trans and non-binary teenagers from Los Angeles who fearlessly posed for the camera at the age of 16, changing their appearance in terms of their clothing and personal style.

However, Milo recently admitted to feeling ashamed and struggling to see the documentary that once featured her.

After the documentary was filmed, Milo underwent “top surgery,” a substantial procedure that involves the surgical removal of her C-cup breasts.

Milo’s testosterone dosage was gradually increased over time by medical staff. Unfortunately, this hormone therapy caused her vagina to atrophy, as is frequently the case for people who are transitioning from being a girl to a guy.
