Who is Sean Rivera?

Sean Rivera, a 28-year-old man from Buck County, Pennsylvania, was charged with criminal homicide, kidnapping, aggravated assault and other crimes, for allegedly killing his septuagenarian mother.

According to reports, the police were alerted about a domestic dispute between two brothers regarding the location of their mother. While Rivera and Clark lived together in Fall Township, the brother, Adam Clark-Valle was a resident of New York.

According to a criminal complaint filed by Clark-Valle, he was told by Rivera that their mother had died. Upon his arrival at their home in Pennsylvania, he was told by Rivera that their mother suffered a heart attack, following which she was admitted to a hospital where she died. Clark-Valle then checked all the nearby hospitals, but could not find any details of their missing mother. Furthermore, when he returned home after concluding his search, he found that Rivera was missing. It was at this point that Clark-Vale alerted the police.

Police then took out a search warrant for the Fall Township home, and found two guns, bolt cutters, a padlock, an empty padlock package and a receipt from Home Depot.
