Who is Timothy Parlatore?

Timothy C. Parlatore is the Parlatore Law Group’s founder and managing partner. White-collar litigation, investigations, and civil litigation are his practice areas of specialization.

Parlatore’s career began in New York City, where he worked for lesser criminal organizations. He merged his solo business with one of the nation’s top cloud-based firms in 2016 to assist them in establishing a white-collar practice group. He formed Parlatore Law Group three years later.

Parlatore was also an attorney for Trump. CNN reported that Parlatore’s departure from Trump’s legal team became official on May 16, 2023.

Parlatore reportedly had a discussion with Trump regarding his resignation.

Given that Parlatore supervised searches for further sensitive materials at Trump Tower, Trump’s estates in Bedminster, Mar-a-Lago, an office in Palm Beach, and a Florida storage facility last year, his departure is noteworthy.

Additionally, he appeared before the grand jury during a dispute between Trump’s legal team and the Justice Department, in which the latter attempted unsuccessfully to hold Trump in contempt for failing to turn over all classified materials after receiving a subpoena in May 2022.

In December 2022, Parlatore testified before the grand jury for around seven hours.

Parlatore co-wrote a letter to House Intelligence Chairman Mike Turner requesting that Congress instruct the Justice Department to withdraw from the inquiry into what transpired with the sensitive information because they are of the opinion that the intelligence community should carry it out.
