On October 31, a neighbor reported Bryant stabbing an unnamed victim on a second-floor balcony in the 8800 block of Canyon Rim Way in Las Vegas. The caller described a terrifying scene in which the victim was covered in blood and Bryant was injuring himself as the apartment burned down.

Bryant made a brave escape, according to Assistant Sheriff Jamie Prosser, by leaping from the balcony and racing down the road. Officers then launched a search for Bryant, who was spotted “stumbling through traffic” in the center of the road.

The bodycam tape vividly depicts the tragic climax to this horrific line of events, as Bryant, who was already accused of murder, committed suicide by self-inflicted injuries. The incident bears witness to the heinous character of the acts committed in Las Vegas on that awful day.
