With Venom 2 performing so well at the box office, it appears that Venom 3 is on the way. Superhero movies have incorporated everything from mischievous romance, dazzling neo-noir perspectives, action-packed vigilantes, and heavy artillery into their stories. This genre has given a vast canvas to explore, experiment into the adventures of larger-than-life characters with extraterrestrial powers. 

Hardy confirmed that he plans to release third part of the  movie during an Esquire magazine interview in August. He mentioned that “I’m thinking about the third movie as well because I think you need to write that at the same time. “A third won’t be green-lit until the second is successful, but the studio [was] really,really pleased with number two.”

The first part of the film was released in 2018, where Venom’s sole desire was to kill Spider-Man, the second part was Venom: Let There Be Carnage’ (2021), Sony and Marvel’s Venom sequel that made it to $90.1 million at the domestic box office.

While speaking to Digital Spy, a British-based entertainment, television, and film website , Tom Hardy confirmed that discussions are going on about Venom 3. He said, “These things [usually] come in threes, If there’s going to be a new one – and they depend heavily on the success of each individual one, so you can’t count on them ever happening again – everyone has got to be as if it was the last one.”

And fans cannot wait for the third season to release soon. Tom Hardy wants to bring something unique to the ongoing plot after Let There Be Carnage.
