Israel has bombarded The Baptist Hospital (Al Ahli Arab Hospital) in Al Zaitoon neighborhood in central Gaza reportedly killing and injuring hundreds, according to Al Quds Press. Health Ministry spokesperson said early estimates put the death toll between 200 and 300.

The Baptist Hospital, also known as Al Ahli Arab Hospital, situated in the Al Zaitoon neighborhood in central Gaza, became the latest target in the escalating conflict between Israel and Palestine. Reports from Al Quds Press indicate that the hospital sustained heavy damage, resulting in a tragic loss of life and numerous injuries.

According to the spokesperson for the Health Ministry, the preliminary figures suggest a devastating toll, with the death count estimated to be between 200 and 300, and many more injured. The strike on the hospital has further exacerbated the already dire situation in Gaza, where medical infrastructure and resources were already strained.

According to an IDF spokesperson, they currently lack information about the events at the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital.
