Former US President Donald Trump is finding himself besieged by multiple sides recently and now his former attorney Michael Cohen has come out saying he fears for his safety should Trump is elected as president once again.
Cohen was Donald Trump’s personal attorney between 2006-18 and said he is worried about his safety if the ex-US President returns to the White House once again. “Actually I’m worried for your safety, too,” Cohen told ITK before adding, “and everybody else in America.”

The 56-year-old claimed that if Trump returns to power, the situation in the US will become similar to Russia. “My fear is that you’re going to see like what you see in Russia right now,” he said.
The former attorney claimed that Donald Trump has an “enemies list” and said he is certain that he features on that list.
“All of these individuals flying out of windows or mysterious deaths of suicide. Donald has a very long list of, we’ll call it an enemies list and I’m certain that I am definitively on it,” Cohen claimed.
One of Trump’s closest aides at one time, Cohen has become one of his biggest critics since then. He has termed the former US President as a “con man” and a “predator”. While he says that he has never been a republican, the GOP groups keep asking him for money in fundraising emails.
“I’ve never been a Republican. In (1987 and 1988) I worked for Rep. Joe Moakley, that’s how far back I go to the Democratic Party. But what’s interesting is every single day, I must get at least 15 to 20 (emails), and that’s on a light day, from Donald,” Cohen quipped.
Donald Trump was recently subject to criticism as he posted a video of him asking for fundraisers as Hurricane Ian lashed in Florida. The former US President rode out the storm in his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida, while the hurricane caused major damage to the state and its residents.

Cohen, who called Donald Trump a “racist” and a “cheat” before the House Oversight Committee, says his former boss will not be contesting in the upcoming presidential election, despite indicating otherwise in public.
“(Trump) barely works, doesn’t do anything. People are putting out these letters for him all day long. And he’s raking in $150 million to $200 million. That all comes to an end if he runs,” Cohen alleged.
