Mick Schumacher is the son of Michael Schumacher, the seven time Formula One World Champion. Mick is going to race for Haas in Formula One in 2021 to ensure that his family name remains intact to Formula One’s legacy.  

Haas F1 or Uralkali Haas F1 Team was established by NASCAR Cup Series Team co-owned by Gene Haas.

Mick will be a part of this season’s opening race that is going to be held in Bahrain, Firstpost reported. This event has earlier been also won by his father in the year 2004 when the Grand Prix, motorsport competition was inaugurated by the Gulf.

During the launch of Haas 2021 on Thursday, he said, “I have never said that carrying the family name is pressure, and I am pretty sure I will never say that because I am very happy to carry that name back into Formula One.”

He also said, ‘I am very proud of it. It is a boost for me and it gives me motivation every single day to work as much as I can and work as hard as I can.’

This season Mick Schumacher along with Nikita Mazepin, son of Dmitry Mazepin, a billionaire are going to be the two main partners for Haas’2021.

Schumacher said his soul focus will be on improvement. He said, “I will try to improve in every aspect – that is what I want to do – and I will work my arse off for that and give everything I have.”
