On September 14, 2021, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. local time, the next Pokemon Go Spotlight Hour will take place.

Baltoy will appear in the wild more frequently than usual during this event, and you’ll get twice as many experience points when catching Pokemon.

Baltoy is a Pokemon from the third generation of the Pokemon world that is both a Ground and a Psychic-type. Baltoy can be evolved into Claydol in Pokemon Go by collecting 50 Baltoy Candy.

Baltoy a Ground and Psychic-type of Pokemon was originally found in the Hoenn region. It was introduced in III Generation. Baltoy is weak against Bug, Dark, Ghost, Grass, Ice, and Water-type Pokemon and strong against Fighting, Electric, Poison, Rock, and Psychic-type Pokemon.

Baltoy has a max Combat Power (CP) of 889. The best moves of Baltoy are Confusion and Psybeam.

To make the most of this week’s event, remember that for a short time, you may use an Incense to attract wild Pokemon to your area. This will increase the number of Baltoy you encounter and your chances of finding a Shiny one.

In addition, for a short period, you can activate a Lucky Egg to double your experience points. This Lucky Egg benefit stacks with the Spotlight Hour bonus, allowing you to rack up a lot of experience points during this event.
