In an upcoming Marvel one-shot, Spider-Man’s lover Mary Jane will team up with Black Cat.

Spider-Man has been consistently recognized for his complex love life. He started as a superhero when he was just 15 years old, so Peter Parker regularly had to find excuses as to why he wasn’t trustworthy, as he was apparently pressured to sneak out every time he dated. So it became a relief for Peter as Spider-Man who fell in love with Black Cat, a girl who cared more for him than for Spider-Man than for Peter Parker.

Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield), SpiderMan, abandoned by his parents and raised by an aunt and uncle, tries to find out who he is and what his feelings are for his first crush, Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone).

When Peter discovers a mysterious suitcase that once belonged to his father, takes him straight to Oscorp, and Dr. Curt Connors, his father’s former partner, leads. While SpiderMan is on a collision course with Connors’ alter-ego, The Lizard.

Peter will make life-changing choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.
