Xerneas, the fairy-type legendary Pokemon, may soon make its debut in the Pokemon Go game. According to media reports, Xerneas will likely arrive in the month of May.
Niantic, the software company behind the game, has totally changed its structure. They are setting to release certain Pokemon and creating themes for three-month seasons. Currently, the game is halfway through the Season of Legends. It will be ending on June 1, 2021.

Xerneas, one of the most prominent Pokemon, is also featured in Pokemon Go’s loading screen. In the new artwork, the image features some Pokemon by a waterfall. If you closely look at the screen, you’ll find Xerneas standing atop the area.
While Genie Trio from Pokemon Black and White had a confirmed release, many, including Generation V legendary Meleotta, haven’t appeared until now.

The game still has about half of April and all of the month of May to feature the remaining Pokemon. Since Xerneas, the Life Pokemon, is almost unstoppable, it is likely to be released in the final round.
Xerneas has a deer-like semblance. It gets access to Geomancy, a move that in two turns will raise Xerneas’ Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed by two stages.
