YouTuber Bjorn Steinbekk has managed to capture stunning videos of Fagradalsfjall volcano spewing
red lava in Iceland. He flew his drone dangerously
close to the lava spewing volcano to capture a mind blowing video of the
eruption. The Fagradalsfjall volcano lit up the night sky with a crimson glow
lighting as the eruption had red lava spewing out of the ground, near the capital
Reykjavik on Friday night.

The eruption did not cause any major damage or injuries to the
Icelanders as they had been expecting it for several weeks.

The volcanic eruptions which occurred
in the region are known as effusive eruptions. In these eruptions, the lava steadily
flows out of the ground, as opposed to the explosive ones that create ash
clouds high in the sky.
