Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s recent interview with US talk
show host Oprah Winfrey on Sunday shook the world, as the Duchess of Sussex
informed Winfrey about the questionable instance of her yet-to-be-born son
Archie having faced questions pertaining to the colour of his
skin, and speculations such as whether he would be given any titles or
security.

Markle said in the episode that the prince informed her of
conversations having taken place within the Royal Family of whether or how much
the child would be dark in colour and its implications.
The allegations positively led to a storm online, as Twitter
visibly tried to seek out and identify the members of the Royal Family who could
have possibly said such a thing about Harry and Markle’s son.
“With everything that Meghan has shared – especially the
“concern” about Archie’s skin colour, people who have MBEs, OBEs etc do you
feel uncomfortable right now? I’m not even being cheeky, I genuinely want to
know”, a user wrote.
“Royal family worried about Archie’s skin colour when Prince
Philip is Purple”, said another, taking digs at the brittle complexion of
Prince Philip.
Some, on the other hand, targeted Prince William, interestingly
keeping as evidence the bald patch in the back of his head.
One user brought up a popular, yet controversial angle,
pointing at Princess Michael of Kent due to her being brought up in Karlsbad in
Nazy Germany, and more obviously, her father being a SS Officer at the time.

Putting the speculations to a seemingly momentary time of
resting, Prince Harry reportedly clarified that it was not Queen Elizabeth II
or Prince Philip behind the remarks.
