Athiya Shetty, who is celebrating her birthday today, spent her day cheering for her rumoured boyfriend KL Rahul during the ICC men’s T20 World Cup match between India vs Scotland.
In today’s, T20 World Cup, she was spotted in the stand along with Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh. They were joined by others, as well, who cheered for the Indian squad.
Several pictures of Athiya raising her hands and cheering for the team emerged on social media. The fans celebrating the rumoured couple said that the win was KL Rahul’s birthday gift for Athiya Shetty.
Later in the day, KL Rahul, in an Instagram post, wished Athiya happy birthday. The image had a simple caption that had a heart emoji.
Earlier, she was with the cricketer during the England tour a few months ago. She also shared pictures of her time in London.
Athiya and Rahul haven’t officially talked about their relationship but time and again, they both have been showing each other some love on social media. This year on Rahul’s birthday, she shared two goofy pictures with him and wrote a birthday note. Sharing the picture, Athiya wrote, “Grateful for you, happy birthday.” In the picture, Athiya and Rahul were making faces while posing for mirror selfies.

Athiya Shetty is the daughter of Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty. She was last seen in the movie Motichoor Chaknachoor alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui in 2019. She made her Bollywood debut in 2015 with the film Hero, opposite Sooraj Pancholi.
Indian cricket team showed an all-round performance in today’s match as they beat Scotland by eight wickets in a Super 12 game, keeping their semi-final hopes alive. Virat Kohli won the toss and invited Scotland to bat first. India bundled out Scotland for just 86 runs in 17.4 overs.
KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma dominated the Scotland bowlers and added 70 runs in five overs. India reached the target in just 6.3 overs. KL Rahul scored 50 of 19 balls and Rohit Sharma scored 30 of 16 balls.
