Further, the Delhi police said that a Canada based woman by the name of Puneet connected Nikita, Disha and Shantanu to the Pro-Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation.
As per Delhi police, the motive behind the meeting was to create a Twitter storm ahead of Republic day.
“There was a zoom meeting held before Republic Day in relation to the toolkit matter. That meeting was attended by Mo Dhaliwal, Nikita, Poetic Justice Foundation founder and Disha with other,” said Delhi police.
According
to Delhi police, the alleged toolkit on farmers’ protest was created by
Disha and Shantanu and was later edited
by Disha’s lawyer and activist Nikita Jacob, reported ANI.

“The email account created by Shantanu is the owner of this doc & all others are its editors,” said Delhi police officials.
Delhi
police also claimed that Disha shared the toolkit with international climate
activist Greta Thunberg via Telegram, who later shared it on her Twitter
handle.
According to the police, the ‘toolkit’, detailing the farmers’ ongoing agitation, was aimed at spreading disaffection and ill-will against the government of India and creating disharmony among various social, religious and cultural groups.
As far as Nikita’s arrest is concerned, Delhi police said that the investigation into their gadgets provided enough information to obtain a search warrant from
Court, which was issues on February 9.
Following the developments around the toolkit case, the Delhi police on Monday issued a non bailable-warrant against Nikita Jacob and Shantanu, following which Jacob filed a transit bail application in Bombay High Court.
