Bollywood actor Urvashi Rautela, who is currently having a silent verbal spat with her allegedly former partner Rishabh Pant on social media, was spotted cheering for team India from the stands at the Dubai International Stadium as the side took on Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2022 encounter on Sunday. Rishabh Pant missed out from India’s playing 11 as India decided to select Dinesh Karthik ahead of the 24-year-old.

Rautela and Pant have been at loggerheads for a while now. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama earlier this month, the actor had revealed a certain “Mr RP” had waited in the lobby of a New Delhi hotel to meet her while she was in the city for an event. She said that she, however, could not meet him as she dozed off following the tired. She then realised that there were “16-17 missed calls.”
“I was shooting in Varanasi and had a flight to New Delhi as I had a show there. In New Delhi, I was shooting full day and after about 10 hours of shooting when I went back, I had to get ready and you know that girls take a lot of time to get ready. Mr RP came, he sat in the lobby and waited for me, and he wanted to meet. I was so tired that I dozed off and I didn’t realize that I had received so many calls,” she told the outlet.
Urvashi Rautela continued, “So, when I woke up, I saw 16-17 missed calls and then I felt so bad. That, someone, was waiting for me and I didn’t go. Out of respect, because a lot of girls don’t care about making someone wait, out of that show of respect, I told him that let’s meet when you’ll come to Mumbai.”

Pant reacted to the viral interview with an Instagram story reading, “It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meagre popularity and for hitting the headlines. Sad how some people are so thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them “merapichachorhoBehen #Jhutkibhilimithotihai,”
He, however, deleted it.
