The Trump International Hotel is located in Las Vegas, also known as ‘Sin City’. The hotel is a 64-story building with a condominium. The hotel is named after its owner Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States of America (USA).
Donald Trump and Paul Ruffin held a groundbreaking ceremony for the hotel in 2005. Condominium units went on sale the same day with an opening of $3 million temporary sales center at the corner of South Las Vegas Boulevard and Fashion Show Drive in front of the New Frontier.
The tower topped out on May 25, 2007 and cost $500 million to build. It was designed by Bergman, Walls & Associates and built by Perini Building Company.
The Trump Hotel Las Vegas opened on March 31, 2008. An opening ceremony was held on April 11, 2008.
