To pursue
engineering in the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) is the dream of many JEE
Advanced qualified students. But apart from IITs there are many other options
students can look at India’s top educational and research institutions
including reputable Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and the Indian Institute
of Science Education and Research (IISERs).

IISc Admission Through JEE Advanced
2021
The Indian
Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore welcomes students to its Bachelor of
Science (IISc BS) program through three channels – JEE Main, JEE Advanced and
Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY). Details of the next admission
session will be available shortly at the institute of UG’s official website.
After
submitting the applications, the institute will prepare a list of all
candidates and admit students in the order of eligibility.

IISER BS-MS Admission 2021
IISER also
invites students through three channels – State and Central Board (SCB), KVPY
and JEE Advanced. For admission through the state and central board channel,
students need to appear in the entrance test – IISER Aptitude Test or IAT. KVPY and SCB
channel applications are closed. IIT-JEE
channel applications will be opened following the results of JEE Advanced 2021.

IIST Admission 2021 Through JEE
Advanced
The Indian
Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) Thiruvananthapuram welcomes
students to three programs – 4-year BTech in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics
and Communication Engineering (Avionics), and a 5-Year degree (BTech + Master
of Science / Master of Technology) – on the basis of JEE Advanced results. The institution
will begin the registration process on October 8,2021.

IIPE BTech Admission 2021
The Indian
Institute of Petroleum and Energy is another institution that accepts JEE
Advanced scores. Eligible JEE nominees may apply for Petroleum Engineering and
Chemical Engineering programs at the institution. The 2021
admission notice will be issued soon. Applicants may refer to the admission
process last year for reference.
RGIPT BTech Admission 2021-22
The Rajiv
Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) has issued a 2021-22 admission
notice for JEE Advanced. The application
process started on October 4 and will end on October 26. The entire admission
process is online. The
institute offers eight BTech course and two Integrated Dual Degree (IDD)
programs.
