New York Jets wide receiver Corey Davis announced he is stepping away from football to spend more time with his family.

Since August 16, Davis had absent from the New York Jets owing to a personal matter. Now, he announced on Instagram that he will not be returning to the team.

This means that Davis will not get the chance to play with quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the NFL regular season.
