Former Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14 last year. His death sent shockwaves across the Bollywood fraternity and country, and to this day, people are not sure as to what prompted the death of the late actor. Several Twitter users sent their tributes, while some demanded answers about his death.

Since Sunday night, #SushantSinghRajput is trending on Twitter. Users wrote how they missed the actor, while some demanded justice. One year passed by, and the incident that took place in Bandra seems to be fresh in fans’ memories.

The actor’s death was also marred in political controversy, with the opposition claiming that the death was exploited by the ruling BJP to win last year’s Bihar Assembly polls. 

Many celebrities such as Varun Dhawan, Sooraj Pancholi, Parineeti Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Sanjana Sanghi had posted Instagram stories calling for a CBI inquiry into Sushant’s death. The probe is still on.
