Aerosmith lead singer Steven Tyler has returned to rehab after relapsing following foot surgery, prompting the cancelation of the first set of their Las Vegas residency that was set to take place in June and July 2022. Here’s how you could get your ticket refund if you are booked to attend the shows. 

According to TicketMaster, the money will be processed to the original method of payment. This can take up to 30 days. 

“If the Event Organizer is offering a credit option, it will be visible within the Event Details of your order, which can be found in your Ticketmaster account,” a statement on the website said.

Taking to their social media accounts, the band said, Tyler, who has worked on his sobriety for years, relapsed while undergoing pain management for foot surgery. 

“As many of you know, our beloved brother Steven has worked on his sobriety for many years. After foot surgery to prepare for the stage and the necessity of pain management during the process, he has recently relapsed and voluntarily entered a treatment program to concentrate on his health and recovery,” the statement reads.

“We are truly sorry to inform our fans and friends that we must cancel our first set of Las Vegas Residency dates this June and July while he focuses on his well-being. We will continue our 2022 dates starting in September, and we’ll let you know any further updates as soon as we can. We are devastated that we have inconvenienced so many of you, especially our most loyal fans who often travel great distances to experience our shows,” the band added. 

The band also thanked fans for their constant support.
