Amitabh Bachchan is an active social media user who routinely updates his admirers on his work and life via his Twitter account. His most recent Twitter tweet, in which he mentioned ‘heart pumping,’ had his followers worried about his health. His concerned fans have been leaving comments asking him about it. Amitabh eventually cleared the air after his mysterious tweet with a post on his Tumblr site a few hours later.

On Sunday night, Amitabh tweeted, “T 4205 – heart-pumping.. concerned.. and the hope,” along with a folded hands and a red heart emoji. Following his message, a fan said, “Everything will be OK in the end. So don’t be concerned about any of this. Have faith in God. And be optimistic. Sir Ji, good night and take care. with love and best wishes” Another person stated, “Be in a state of caring, tranquilly, safety, and love. Amitji, may God bless you.”

Amitabh then wrote a blog about his day in which he revealed that his tweet was about the stress of filming as well as his anxiety and hope for an impending football match in which his favourite team, Chelsea, was participating. The experienced actor began his essay by stating, “The stress of learning lines and the worry of getting the performance perfect or at least passable was on the test.” In Madh Island, Mumbai, he is filming for a project.

He further wrote, “But what was truly tested was the drive back from Madh Island, that sleepy secluded getaway .. now no longer a get away from the city .. but a get away from it, the island, seclusion now .. no more the solitude, the silent winds, the soft lashes of the sea, the freedom of movement on the beaches, with not a bird in sight .. all gone .. structures and buildings .. and commerce ..left a fairly early wind up of work by 5:30 pm and got in to Jalsa .. at 8:30 ..”

Amitabh, who was most recently seen in the Amazon Prime drama Chehre, went on to thank OTT services for keeping him occupied all day.

He said that he had “completed numerous CDs of music, as well as a few serials and sports events,” and that he will “return to work tomorrow.”

Amitabh then discussed the “problem” that had seemingly disturbed him. “But another test awaits…Chelsea against Liverpool in the Co.. something Final,” he added. Amitabh and his son Abhishek Bachchan are Chelsea fans, but the team fell to Liverpool in Wembley on Sunday night. Amitabh, whose new film Jhund will see him play a football coach who pulls together disadvantaged children to create a football club, also posted a series of photos from his day on his site.

Other films in the works for the actor include Runway 34, Brahmastra, Goodbye, Uyarndha Manithan, Uunchai, Project K, and Butterfly. He has also agreed to star in the adaptation of The Intern alongside Deepika Padukone.
