BTS, possibly the biggest global phenomenon at the moment, are returning
to the stage again in March 2022. They announced their Permission to Dance
on Stage concert series, which they are now taking to a live audience in Korea
next year. The K-pop band shared the good news on the last day of their sold-out
concert at the Los Angeles SoFi stadium.
Notably, this marked the first time since 2019 that the band performed
in front of a live audience. Needless to say, the concert was well-received
with nearly 2,00,000 eager fans coming together for four nights of musical
entertainment. This concert was graced by other star presences including Megan
Thee Stallion, who joined during the ‘Butter’ remix, and Coldplay’s Chris
Martin, who performed ‘My Universe’ along with them. Celebrities like Anderson
.Paak, Halsey, and Lizzo were also spotted in the audience.

The band shared their intent to take their music live in front of more crowds.
They look forward to meeting their fans and had earlier told the press that
they were already planning concerts in South Korea. Indian fans of BTS have
also been eagerly waiting for the K-pop stars to have a concert in the country.
However, for now, the BTS army in India have to hold their breath and watch the
concerts online.

Currently, the situation with the omicron variant of the coronavirus is
also developing. It remains to be seen if the global condition gets more
worrisome, and the chances of BTS having their concert in 2022 largely depends
on whether the spread of this variant is controlled. Currently, most countries are
imposing travel restrictions, and some are even closing international borders
completely. Naturally, fans are excited to see BTS live, but the present
scenario demands that we all exercise as much caution as possible.
