Cardi B appeared at Queens Criminal Court Tuesday after failing to complete her 15 days of community service as part of a plea deal struck in a case involving an infamous strip club brawl.

The rapper showed up to the mandated court appearing to answer the charges against her. During her appearance, she donned an oversized, white fur coat over a white sleeveless dress, Louboutin heels, and white-rimmed Christian Dior sunglasses. She also sported 6-inch nails as she walked into the courtroom flanked by her entourage.

Back in September, Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, resolved the years-long case by pleading guilty to two misdemeanor charges. Meanwhile, the ten other counts, including two felonies, were dismissed. Two co-defendants also pleaded guilty.

“No one is above the law,” Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz said in a statement at the time of sentencing. “In pleading guilty today, Ms. Belcalis Almanzar and two co-defendants have accepted responsibility for their actions. This Office is satisfied with the resolution, which includes appropriate community service.”

The fight in question occurred in August 2018. Prosecutors said that Cardi B and her entourage were targeting employees of Angels Strip Club in Flushing, Queens, due to an apparent personal dispute.

As the group argued with the bartender, during the fight, chairs, bottles, and hookah pipes were thrown around. She and another employee had minor injuries.

On Tuesday, the judge in the case gave Cardi until March 1 to complete her sentence.

In a brief statement, her lawyer Drew Findling told Daily Mail: “Personally and professionally, Cardi is dedicated to community service and charitable endeavors. She therefore appreciates the court giving her until March 1st to complete her community service commitment in Queens, New York.”

Just hours before her court appearance was due, the rapper seemed unfazed as she tweeted about her masturbation techniques.
