The first trailer of Causeway, a psychological drama film, dropped on Thursday, courtesy of production house A24. The film stars Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence as an engineer formerly working with the US military who comes back to the US after a stint in Afghanistan

The trailer shows that Lawrence’s character, Lynsey, is suffering from PTSD after she incurs a brain injury from an IED explosion in Afghanistan. Alongside Lawrence, the film stars Atlanta actor Brian Tyree Henry in the role of James, and a lot of eyes will be on his performance as well.
