The Emmy Awards will be held on Monday, September 12 at 8 pm (ET) / 5pm (PT). It will be held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.

The Television Academy and NBC officially confirmed the first round of Emmy Award presenters on Wednesday. The lineup includes  Jimmy Kimmel, Selena Gomez, Mare of Easttown actor Jean Smart, American comedian Hannah Einbinder, Lee Jung-jae and Jung Ho-yeon from Squid Game, Amy Poehler, Diego Luna, and others. SNL star Kenan Thompson will host the 2022 Emmys. 

Gomez, who was unfortunately not nominated for her performance in Only Murders in the Building, will still have a chance to hold an Emmy statuette thanks to the show’s 17 nods, including for best comedy series.

This year’s nominations include popular series such as Euphoria, Ted Lasso, and Ozark. Some notable first-time nominees include Squid Game, Severance, and Yellowjackets. The show will be live streamed on NBC and Peacock.
