The incident was witnessed by eyewitnesses and members of the public who were present at the scene. According to numerous reports, the accused star hit the back end of a Toyota before speeding away to avoid being confronted and apprehended by the police.

Several witnesses to the incident in Marina Del Rey said they saw Cloud riding in an SUV with another male passenger. The SUV allegedly struck a Toyota car’s rear end, hitting it harder than usual speed, according to the witnesses. The witnesses claimed to have then seen Cloud’s SUV flee into the closest parking lot in order to avoid a confrontation with bystanders or the passengers.
