Rajpath, formally known as Kartavya Path and earlier known as Kingsway, extends from Rashtrapati Bhavan on Raisina Hill past Vijay Chowk and the India Gate National War Memorial to the National Stadium in New Delhi, India. Huge lawns, waterways, and rows of trees line both sides of the ceremonial boulevard. The annual Republic Day procession on January 26 is held here at Janpath.
